REGISTRATION - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. Those interested in participating in the XXI SIMPÓSIO NACIONAL DE BIOPROCESSOS and XII SIMPÓSIO DE HIDRÓLISE ENZIMÁTICA DE BIOMASSAS must register exclusively via internet.
  2. Registration gives access to all the scientific activities of the event (except for the mini-courses), welcoming cocktail, coffee breaks, a folder with the symposium material and the certificate of participation. We would like to remind you, although there is no limit to the number of manuscripts submitted by each author, each application will only allow a maximum of two (02) manuscripts, depending on the category: Undergraduate students - 01 (one) manuscript; Graduate Students and Teachers - 02 (two) manuscripts.
  3. Early registrations can be made until August 29, 2017. After this date, registration will only be accepted at the venue at the time of the event.
  4. Accepted manuscripts will only be presented and published in the annals of the event if at least one of the authors is registered until May 15, 2017.
  5. The payment amount will be per value described in the category table below. Your registration will only take effect upon confirmation of payment. After completion, the attendee will receive a response via email.
  6. Undergraduate and graduate students must upload a proof of enrollment registration for validation. Only after validation, the student can sign up for the event.
  7. For submission of scientific manuscripts, there is no obligation in registration payment. This can be done after the manuscript is accepted.
  8. Logins and Passwords will be disclosed at the time of registration. Keep this information for future access, especially when submitting scientific manuscripts.
  9. It is possible that you have already registered by participating in events that have used the GALOÁ system. This way, you already have a password and a login. If you do not remember, click on Forgot password – the system will send the information to your registered email.
  10. Accepted manuscripts will only be presented and published in the annals of the event if at least one of the authors is registered until May 15, 2017.

BIOPROCESS SCHOOL

Each attendee may enroll in only one (01) mini-course in the bioprocessing school, as they will occur simultaneously. Themes will be announced soon and the availability will be per first-come, first-serviced basis at registration.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment slip: Payable in any bank until the expiration date.

Credit card: through the Moip system, in online registrations.

Bank transfer: contact for information.

Payments on the day of the event:

Registration payment at the day of the event must be made in cash or check. Credit/debit cards will not be accepted for operational reasons.

 

SIGN-UP CONFIRMATION

Registration will only take effect after confirmation of payment.

 

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

In case of withdrawal, the cancellation should be requested by email. Refund will consist of 70% of the total value and will be deposited after 30 days after the end of the event. After August 17, 2017, no cancellations will be refunded.
